This one market is one of the oldest markets, but have a variety of goods and clothes on display. Expanded all over the Abids area, this area is very famous with women folks as it offers a wide range of Kurtis, tops, readymade dresses, sarees, etc at very affordable prices. Starting from the Abid Road, i.e, the GPO ( General Post Office ) and goes on till interiors like Chirag Ali lane, a lane that offers an array of electronic gadgets and accessories at extremely reasonable prices. All in all, this area has everything for everyone of any age.
Pro Tip – Walk/ drive a few more miles and you will end up in Nampally. this also is a great place for shopping where you get bags, footwear, dresses at affordable prices. The yearly exhibition that is held every year known as Industrial Exhibition from January to February has all the items under the sun at extremely reasonable prices with lip-smacking food to goge n while you indulge in retail therapy.

2. Koti Market

Located in the heart of the city, this has been a go-to place for many of the public. Right from affordable dresses, kids wear, upholstery, or even crockery. This place has everything for everyone. Most middle class people frequent this place for affordable stuff, yet qualitative.
Koti Street Shopping is spread across Sultan Bazar, Koti and also stretched towards Badi Chowdi. Though Badi Chowdi has a little more pricey stuff, Sultan Bazar has the most affordable goods at dirt cheap prices.

3 General Bazar

This market is situated in Secunderabad. More specifically, it is situated at M.G Road. Though the entry to this lane may look quite narrow, dont be dceived by the looks of it. It has as many as 300 shops in the by lanes of the market that cater to the needs of women mostly. Right from various fabrics like chiffon, georgette, silk, pochampalli etc.
You will find every kind of kurti, top, pallazos here. It has everything for a woman of any age. Right from upholstery, toileteries, cosmetics to kids wear, this place serves all. be ready to spend a bomb, when you visit here as so many things on display will definitely want you to splurge on as many things possible.

4. Begum Bazar

This has to be undoubtedly one of the all-purpose Street Shopping centers of Hyderabad. In the sense, it has everything that we need, then just clothes or accessories. You get household items, crockery, grocery, dry fruits, upholstery, daily essentials, perfumes, imported chocolates and whatnot here.

 

This is a haven for Street Shopping. But, generally, these shops deal in wholesale and retail. Though some of them specifically deal in wholesale only and are a best bet when you want to buy in bulk.

This one is quite specific. But it has a variety too. Mostly known for the silverware, it has a reputation of its own when it comes to anything that is gold and silver. People flock this market for a variety of silverware and gold ornaments. Go a little farther, and you will end up in Monda Market. This market is a wholesale market famous for its household items, kitchen supplies and also vegetable market.
