Sir I am sorry to but I am the regular customer since last 8 years I did not face this kind of issues but today the payment was done twice it’s our mistake but to tough about this I was approved staff and manager in store but they are not responding to us and the are saying that your amount will not be refunded.
My suggestion is that -sir if the amount is not refunded they can provide some kind of groceries which is valuable for same amount.
Still the management is not responding on this
This is the first time us as a varest experience from the staff
