· Responsible for sourcing the right profiles as per the requirements from the client.
· Analyze the requirement and understand the skill set required per the desired JD.
· Analyzing the profiles and short listing the suitable candidates as per the requirement.
· Searching for the local search engines and job portal by applying appropriate search strings.
· Active sourcing using different platforms viz. Database Search, Job Portal Search (Like- Naukri, Monster, Linkedin etc.), passive Search and Research.
· Coordinating with the Team Manager in arranging the interview of the candidates with the panel.
· Creating and maintaining database of all profiles collated in the search process for immediate and future requirement.
· Required years of experience – 3-4 years
· Location– Habsiguda, Hyderabad
· CTC for this position – Rs. 3.00 to Rs. 4.00 lakhs
.Shift 9am to 6pm
. Working days-5 days
