The evening welcomes pilgrims with its Ganga Aarti at Har ki Pauri ghat. Second day includes a drive to Barkot and associated town explorations. An overnight stay at Barkot is followed by a travel to Hanumanchatti or Jankichatti. From here devotees trek up 6 km to Yamunotri, take a holy dip and offer their pujas. This darshan is followed by a 20 km down trek and drive to Rudraprayag for night halt. Next morning Pilgrims travel to Badrinath and go for temple darshan in the evening. Subsequently, they go for Badrinath sightseeing as well.
