How to Apply a New Ration Card:

Step 1: The person first need to download application form online. Go to https://www.tg.meeseva.gov.in and download the application form or you can also obtain it from any nearest Mee Seva centre.
Step 2: Visit MeeSeva portal, there you will find different number of application forms of various departments or you can simply click the given link directly to go to this page.
Step 3: Once you are on the page, for downloading ration card application form, click on Civil Supplies Department and then again click on application for New Ration Card or Food Security Card.
Step 4: Once you have downloaded the ration form, take a print out copy.
Step 5: Fill all the application form for applying new ration card such as person name, father name, age, gender, permanent address, mobile phone number, education details, number of family members, family income, district and region.
Step 6: Now attach required documents with ration card application and submit with prescribed fee at MeeSeva Center. Remember to take an acknowledge receipt from MeeSeva.
