Two teenage girls commited suicide by jumping from building in Saroornagar.

Two teenage girls aged about 15 years committed suicide by jumping from 8th Floor of an apartment in saroornagar, Hyderabad. Both the girls were the students of Akshara International School, and were writing the ongoing CBSE 10th exams.
No suicide note has been found but police suspects the ongoing examinations pressure could be the reason behind the suicide. The bodies were shifted to Osmania Gandhi Hospital for postmortem.
Father slashes son’s wrist over his porn addiction

A 45 year old man is arrested for cutting his son’s wrist for allegedly watching porn on his mobile phone. Mohammed Qayyum Qureshi has been arrested on the charges of attempt to murder and sent to jail on monday. The incident occured in Pahadi Shareef area in Hyderabad Old City.
Qayyum was angry with his 19 year old son Khalid who works at a local cable TV office after he found him watching porn on his mobile. Though he warned him against watching films and porn in the cost of his work and health. After cutting off his son’s wrist Qayyum surrendered himself to the police.
Pinkathon held a 5k “Saree Run”

To Encourage women for running without bothering about the dress they wear Pinkathon held a 5k “Saree Run” on Sunday in KBR Park, Hyderabad. Milind Soman, Founder of Pinkathon was leading where hundreds of women participating from various parts the city.
This run was held just to change the mind-set of the people that they can run in whatever they wear, may it be a saree, salwar kameez, hijabs. Dress should not become the hurdle for a woman’s fitness.
